  • Our gummies are made without any ingredients that contain gluten, and therefore are gluten-free. However, our gummies are not certified gluten-free. We package our gummies in a facility that processes wheat and peanut ingredients. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but people with a severe gluten allergy should proceed with caution.

  • Yes! Our gummies are made with pectin instead of gelatin and are therefore suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

  • Yes! Our cannabis products are all legal in Vermont and are registered with the Vermont Cannabis Control Board. You can find all of our compliance documents and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) here.

    Due to Federal Prohibition, however, it is unlawful to transport these gummies across state lines.

  • Sadly, no. Due to Federal Prohibition, we cannot sell our cannabis products outside of Vermont.
