Cannabis Gummies FAQ
-
All of our gummies contain 5mg of THC from our sungrown Vermont cannabis. Our Hybrid Gummies have a 1:1 blend of 5mg THC plus 5mg of CBD from our own sungrown Vermont hemp. And our Indica Gummies contain 5mg THC plus 10mg CBD and 10mg CBN.
If you are new to using edibles, we recommend starting with half a gummy and waiting 60-90 minutes to see how you feel before taking more. Check out our beginner’s guide to using cannabis products on our blog.
Cannabis edibles in Vermont are capped at 5mg THC per serving by state law.

Our gummies are made without ingredients that contain gluten, and therefore could be considered gluten-free. However, our gummies are not certified gluten-free. We package our gummies in a facility that processes wheat (gluten), oat, coconut, and peanut ingredients. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but people with a gluten allergy should proceed with caution.

Within Vermont, we can only sell directly to licensed cannabis retailers (a.k.a. dispensaries), so for now you’ll have to shop in person. You can find a weed dispensary near you using the Retail Finder page.

Nope. All of our products are made with naturally-occurring Delta-9 THC sourced from cannabis plants grown by us on our South Hero family farm.
And you should know that Delta-8 THC is not legal in Vermont. The same goes for HHC, THC-O, Delta-10, and any other synthetically-produced cannabinoids.

Yes! We tend to prefer the term cannabis over marijuana, but cannabis gummies are the same thing as marijuana gummies, pot gummies, or weed gummies. It’s all just a matter of your preferred name for the Cannabis sativa L. plant.
