Who Can Buy Medical Marijuana in Vermont?
These products are only available to people registered in Vermont's Medical Cannabis Program. If you have a Vermont medical marijuana card, you can purchase medical pot tax-free, which means no cannabis excise tax and no sales tax, saving you 20-21% compared to adult-use shoppers. Registered patients and caregivers can buy up to two ounces of flower (or the equivalent in cannabis concentrates) at a time.²
